I need help with TUF GAMING VG27AQ. Hello everyone. First of all, When I bought this monitor i Set it up normally, it was working on 144hz without overclocking (it can go up to 165hz when its overclocked), Few days in, i noticed picture was much more gray then usual, when i went into settings i saw most of the options grayed out (can't use them. the USB cable is for the USB hub within the monitor, you do not have to connect it if you do not intend to use the 2 USB 3.0 ports on the monitor. and yes, you only need to connect the DP cable. the HDMI connection is not recommended for PC use, as you will be limited to 60Hz at 1440p. 1. After rebooting, test the new Max Refresh Rate by enabling it in the NVIDIA Control Panel. If you don't see any image, disconnect the DP cable and use the monitor OSD to try again with a lower Max Refresh Rate. 2.Please note that Over Clocking function/performance depends on the GPUs or contents displayed You don't turn it on in the nvidia settings, you turn it on through the monitor. If you turn off GSYNC and set your refresh rate to 120hz you can toggle ULMB on and off with the button on the monitor. I would try both and see which you like better.
